Buyers - When you are viewing properties at this time of year, remember to visualize the house amidst the other seasons (water, ice, snow, heating, etc). Make sure you are well positioned to execute because underwriting and credit situations are volitile while your monthly costs have probably also risen. Do you have a readiness about what type of financing you will be doing — conventional, FHA, 2 - 1 buydown, 3% down (maybe not in this market).
